  • Basic BOOF

    Busy lives can disrupt training, and sometimes stop it altogether.

    Basic BOOFS provides training for people who want structure and accountability week by week.

    Basic means basic: compound lifts and simple movements done right. Come out of your comfort zone without feeling totally out your depths.

    What to expect?

    3 Full body session per week.

    Mainly focused on movement, fitness and strength work.

    How much experience do i need?

    Beginner, gym newbie.

    You are looking to start your fitness journey wether bran new or starting again.

  • BOOF Build

    Strip back, and start with the basics.

    Build fundamental strength and improve overall fitness with a program that is challenging and flexible for the everyday athlete. Reach your goals and watch the goal move further forward, towards things you never thought you could do!

    What to expect?

    3 Sessions Per Week

    3 Full body Strength sessions with a compound lift focus and supplementary accessory work.

    How much experience do i need?

    Intermediate - advanced.

    You have been training for a while but struggle to see results.

  • Individual BOOF

    We try to cover all bases in our BOOF basic and build. But if you are keen to focus more into something more specific, then try individual BOOF.

    Aimed at people who are keen to progress in a certain area, be it running or Olympic Lifting.

    How much experience do i need?

    Intermediate - advanced
